These may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open examination bookings that you can sign up for yourself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examinations for which you have received a direct invitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allocated Examinations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This list displays all examinations to which you have been assigned as an examiner or external examiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an examination has been completed, you must create an examination report by clicking the&nbsp;<strong>Create Examination Report<\/strong>&nbsp;button. You will then be directed to a page containing a form that must be completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content of the form depends on the External Examiner Corps associated with the examination booking, but the standard version typically includes the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For External Examiners:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is the examination format suitable for assessing the learning objectives?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the examination based on the learning objectives?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the level of the examination aligned with the qualifications framework?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the content of the examination relevant to the needs of employers and the professional field?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the examination conducted effectively?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did you and the examiner agree on the assessment?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the information about the formal examination requirements sufficient?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the collaboration with the examiner and the educational institution satisfactory?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the overall conduct of the examination satisfactory?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What academic or professional discussions did you have during the day? (Comment field)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For Examiners:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Did you and the external examiner align your expectations before the examination?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the external examiner adequately prepared?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Were the external examiner&#8217;s professional qualifications relevant?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did you agree on the assessment of the students?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did the external examiner take notes during the examination?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did the external examiner help ensure that the examination stayed on schedule?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the external examiner&#8217;s behaviour and communication satisfactory?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did the external examiner understand their role?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the collaboration satisfactory?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was the overall conduct of the examination satisfactory?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What academic or professional discussions did you have during the examination? (Comment field)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have completed the form, click&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your examination report will then be registered in Censorum, and the examination will automatically be moved to the&nbsp;<strong>Previous Examinations<\/strong>&nbsp;tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Previous Examinations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here, you can view examinations to which you have previously been assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an examination report is marked as&nbsp;<strong>Submitted<\/strong>, it means that you participated in the examination and submitted the associated report.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To get an overview of your examinations, go to the&nbsp;My Examinations&nbsp;page.
